I am inspired by the stories of resilience and innovation coming out of Morehouse College’s small business program, which is empowering Black entrepreneurs to reach new heights. Despite facing funding challenges, the cohort has shown remarkable commitment to scaling their businesses and closing the racial wealth gap.

Participants like Demond Crump, founder of REIGN Premium Sanitary Napkins, are not just learning about profitability, they’re building valuable networks that can change the landscape for future generations of entrepreneurs.

This kind of initiative reminds us of the importance of supporting local ecosystems and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices in business.
